Oh Happy Day

I rode my bike today for the first time since having double knee replacement surgery seven weeks ago. I rode up and down my street and I cried because it was hard and it hurt. We put the bikes on the rack and drove to the trail. We rode for about 10 minutes only. This time I cried because I was back on the trail riding my bike! It was hard, it hurt, and it was short, but I made it and I didn't fall off! Oh happy day!
